GomerAI MultiStrat Networked EA
Trade Settings & Control Levers Guide
GomerAI is not a fixed “black box” strategy.
It is a networked trading system built to evolve through scheduled upgrades while giving users controlled, transparent tuning options.
This guide explains:
- Which trade settings are available today
- What each setting actually controls
- Which systems exist only in the Staged EA
- What will unlock in the first scheduled upgrade (target 5/1/2026)
Important Architecture Note (Please Read)
GomerAI is developed in two parallel tracks:
- Production EA (Released Today)
- Stable, conservative, marketplace-safe
- Limited but reliable tuning controls
- Designed for immediate use
- Staged MultiStrat Networked EA
- Full research and validation environment
- Contains advanced gates, regimes, and context engines
- Features graduate into Production only after validation
This page clearly labels which levers exist where.
How to Use This Guide
Think of the EA like a professional sports playbook:
- You do not change everything at once
- You change one lever at a time, based on the result you want
- Some levers directly change trading behavior
- Others are not yet available in the Production EA
Lever Types (Conceptual Framework)
These categories describe how levers behave when implemented.
| Lever Type | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Hard Gate | Directly blocks or allows trades |
| Soft Bias | Influences trade quality without blocking |
| Observational | Collects context or telemetry only |
⚠️ Not all lever types are present in the current Production EA.
CORE TRADE LEVERS — AVAILABLE TODAY
(Production EA – All Editions)
These are the only user-adjustable trade levers in the EA released today.
1. Base Signal Sensitivity
Type: Hard Gate
Primary Effect: Trade frequency vs win rate
| Adjustment | Expected Result |
|---|---|
| More strict | Fewer trades, higher win rate |
| More loose | More trades, higher variance |
This is the primary tuning lever for Free / Basic users.
2. Fixed Risk & Position Controls
Type: Hard Gate
Primary Effect: Risk containment
Controls:
- Lot sizing constraints
- Position limits
- Internal safety checks
These settings affect drawdown behavior, not signal logic.
3. Symbol & Timeframe Scope
Type: Hard Gate
Primary Effect: Market exposure
Controls:
- Which symbols are traded
- Which timeframes are evaluated
Changing scope changes what the EA sees, not how it thinks.
WHAT IS NOT IN THE PRODUCTION EA (Yet)
The following systems do NOT affect trading behavior in the EA released today.
They exist only in the Staged MultiStrat Networked EA.
They are listed here for transparency, not because users can enable them now.
TrendWaves (Trend Context Engine)
Status: Staged EA only
Production Behavior: Not present
Purpose in Staged EA:
- Classifies trend regimes
- Tags trades for analysis
- Validates trend-aware filtering
⚠️ TrendWaves does not exist as a control lever in the current release.
Liquidity State Detection
Status: Staged EA only
Production Behavior: Not present
Purpose in Staged EA:
- Identifies thin or unstable market states
- Evaluates drawdown risk by regime
- Supports future trade gating
⚠️ Liquidity logic is not active in today’s EA.
Time / Session Filters
Status: Staged EA only
Production Behavior: Not present
Session-aware trading is under validation and not exposed in Production.
WHAT UNLOCKS IN ADVANCED & COMPLETE EDITIONS
(After Scheduled UPG)
These features are already built and tested in the Staged EA and are planned to graduate into Production.
They will not activate automatically.
| Feature | Status |
|---|---|
| Trend-aware trade filtering | Scheduled |
| Liquidity-based trade gating | Scheduled |
| Session & rollover controls | Scheduled |
| Adaptive signal weighting | Scheduled |
| Regime-aware exits | Scheduled |
These features increase selectivity, not aggressiveness.
FIRST SCHEDULED UPG (Target: 5/1/2026)
The following promotions are planned, subject to final validation:
- TrendWaves: observational → optional trade gate
- Liquidity state: analysis → optional hard gate
- Clear separation between bias vs blocking controls
- Preset profiles for easier tuning
- Expanded documentation and visibility
Default behavior will remain unchanged unless users enable new controls.
Final Note for Free / Basic Users
In the current release:
- You do control trade frequency and exposure
- You do not control regime, liquidity, or trend context yet
- Advanced intelligence is being validated upstream
Upgrading later unlocks decision authority, not complexity.
GomerAI is intentionally staged — stability first, intelligence second.
